How to Submit Your Rudraksha for Certification
Simple, transparent, and secure — get your Rudraksha scientifically certified in 5 easy steps. Drop-in at our New Delhi laboratory or courier from anywhere in India or internationally.
Step 1 — Contact Us and Discuss Your Requirements
Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, or email to tell us about your Rudraksha — the mukhi count, origin (if known), and which service you need. We will confirm the testing fee, turnaround time, and answer any questions before you send anything.
Step 2 — Fill Out the Submission Form
Complete our Rudraksha Submission Form with your name, contact details, description of the bead, and the service(s) required. The form is available at our laboratory or we can email it to you. Include one form per bead or mala.
Step 3 — Submit Your Rudraksha
Option A — Walk In: Visit our laboratory at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Bring your bead and filled submission form.
Option B — Courier: Pack your bead securely (bubble wrap inside a rigid box) and courier to our address. Include the filled submission form and proof of payment. Mark the package FRAGILE. We recommend insured courier for high-value beads.
Step 4 — Pay the Testing Fee
Fees are payable before testing begins. For walk-in: pay at our counter. For courier: transfer by UPI or bank transfer and include the payment reference with your parcel.

Step 5 — Receive Your Certificate
Once testing is complete, your certificate is ready. Collect in person or we courier it back to you with your Rudraksha. Every certificate includes a unique QR code for instant online verification at our website.

Is my Rudraksha safe at your lab?
Absolutely. Every bead is assigned a unique tracking number on arrival and stored in a secure, individually labelled container. We have handled 50,000+ specimens without a single loss.
What if my bead fails the authenticity test?
We issue a written testing report stating our findings. This can be used when seeking a refund from your seller. The testing fee is still charged as the work was completed.
